This month’s theme was 'Summer Colour' and we have received an abundance of breath-taking photographs, from intricate close-up shots of eye-catching flowers like the resplendent orange hawkweed, to more muted images of beautifully delicate damselflies. We are delighted that so many people are getting involved, and we hope that you have enjoyed capturing these images across our diverse array of nature reserves.
Out of 70 marvellous entries and after much deliberation, Sue Smith’s ‘Floating Heart Lilies’, taken at Brockholes Nature Reserve, was awarded first place.
