Our Kitchen team are always keeping their eyes open for what’s in season and what’s available locally and as you would expect, our team are equally conscious about the environment and always try their best to keep the food road miles as low as possible.

That’s why we cater for your special day with BBQs, carveries and afternoon teas where your guests get to choose on the day – it also saves you the hassle of having to chase uncle Phil a week prior to your wedding for his menu options! We have handpicked a selection of fabulous drinks for you and your guests to enjoy at your wedding and we will always provide a selection of wines, fizz, beers, ciders, premium spirits & mixers and non-alcoholic drinks.
For your evening celebration, we want you to relax and focus on the party. We offer a range of tasty options, including our speciality Northern buffet – which of course includes some tasty Lancashire Hot Pot.

BBQ Wedding Breakfast
Flavour, theatre and authenticity – our BBQs consist of items such as our gourmet hand-pressed burgers that are flame-grilled to perfection. If the sun is shining then we go for a nice outdoor BBQ. If not then no worries, we will serve it indoors and our kitchen team will use our chargrill to ensure you still get the authentic BBQ flavour.

Outside Catering
We understand there are times when you may wish to bring in caterers who are specialists at catering for your dietary requirements or alternatively sourced food. Our outside catering option provides you with our beautiful floating village, its staff and all the benefits which come with it, but using your own catering company.
This package includes
- The use of our banqueting kitchen
- Dedicated manager to welcome your guests and coordinate on the day
- Tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery and glassware can also be included at no extra fee.
Prices for outside catering
0-100 guests = £3000, 100-150 guests = £3500, 150-200 guests = £4000
Venue hire rates still apply.
Waiting-on staff can be provided at extra cost.
Your chosen Outside Caterer must be registered as a food business with their respective local authority.
Outside caterers would be required to provide liability insurance certificate to the value of £5 million (minimum) no later than 1 month prior to the event.
Apart from wine on the table during the meal all your drinks must be served by our staff from our bars to ensure we comply with and promote responsible drinking regulations.
