What food and drink is on offer?
We have a selection of locally sourced (where possible) hot and cold food & drinks on offer in our cafés and restaurants at Brockholes, Mere Sands Wood and Moss Bank Park.
This ranges from breakfast barms, soups, pasties and chips, to hot daily specials and a selection of cold sandwiches and salads. We also have a large array of sweet treats on offer including cakes, cookies and traybakes.
Peckish café at Brockholes is dedicated to Lancashire Street Food, with vegan options available at all times.
Our coffee machines deliver the most delectable coffee and hot chocolate, which you can enjoy with a flavoured syrup of your choice for an extra treat. We also have two flavours of Starslush at Brockholes, perfect for a hot summer's day.
Do you sell ice cream?
Yes we do! During the summer months we sell ice cream at our cafés.
At Brockholes, we sell delicious ice cream and sorbet from Cheshire Farm Ice Cream. Our ice cream tubs are on sale all year round inside the Kestrel Kitchen and Peckish. During warmer months, we also have our dedicated ice cream cabin open at weekends, and every day during school holidays. Here you can decide to have a tub or a cone of your favourite flavour.
Do you sell bottles of water?
No! BUT, we do sell cans of still water!
As an environmental charity, we are reducing the use of our single use plastics, starting with plastic water bottles. Cans are much more readily recycled and pose much less of a threat to wildlife. We also provide wooden cutlery with our take away meals as opposed to plastic. We hope you appreciate our move towards more environmentally friendly packaging - we hope there will be much more of this over the coming months.
Do you have accessible facilities?
Yes. All of our cafés and restaurants are wheelchair accessible, and have accessible toilet facilities.
