Become certified in Outdoor First Aid
This Outdoor First Aid qualification is externally regulated and meets the standards to appear upon the national qualifications frameworks of England and Wales. This course is recognised throughout the UK and is the course of choice for experienced practitioners who use the outdoors.
The courses are run by an external provider, Lancashire First Aid Training Ltd, and are held at either Brockholes Nature Reserve (Preston) or Mere Sands Wood Nature Reserve (Rufford). You will need to attend both days in order to complete the certification.
The cost of our Outdoor First Aid training course is £130 per trainee.
Lancashire First Aid Training Ltd
The course is designed to meet the needs of those working in remote locations where help is likely to be delayed and is the ideal course for Forest School practitioners and is the Gold Standard for leaders in outdoor education. The course covers both theory and practical scenarios.
The course is run by Lancashire First Aid Ltd, who have more than 100 years of experience between them and are also full call out members of a Mountain Rescue team.
The certificate has a lifetime of 3 years and every candidate receives an outdoor first aid manual.
