About the event

New for 2025 - Join our Guided Walk Leaders for our "Stride through Nature" Walk, designed with wellbeing and fitness in mind.

Spending time outdoors is linked to reducing levels of stress, improving mood and restoring mental energy, whilst walking in nature is shown to improve cardiovascular health, your immune system and help lower blood pressure.

The walk will be "lightly lead" with one stop half way round and plenty of time to chat to others as we walk.  Doing outdoor activities as part of a group can foster a sense of community and increase social connections.

Pre booking is required. Please note that booking closes at 4.00pm the day before the event.

Come dressed for the weather conditions wearing sturdy footwear.

The walk is aimed at adults.

Normal parking charges apply.

This walk is open to all. If you wish to organise a private guided walk specifically for your group or organisation, please contact us at brockholes@lancswt.org.uk
