We are seeking a skilled, enthusiastic and energetic senior Reserve Officer with a 'can do' attitude and a passion for wildlife with experience to deliver land management and manage a team by working as a lead member of the Nature Reserve Team.

The role will primarily be based at Lunt Meadows Nature Reserve but will work with the wider team on sites around the region when needed.

As Senior Nature Reserve Officer you will ensure that the site’s conservation management priorities are delivered by working to and updating the most current management plans, business plan and budgets. 

The role will involve weekend and evening working, including Christmas and Easter periods, according to the needs of the business.
