About the event

Children can enjoy a cooked breakfast followed by a very special visit from Santa, who will be bearing a gift for each child.

Breakfast is served at 9am, staff will take breakfast orders for a full English including fresh juice, tea and filter coffee. Vegetarian options available. 

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

All children require a ticket regardless of their age. We class anyone over the age of 12 as an adult so please purchase an adult ticket for anyone age 12 or over. Infants under the age of 12 months will not be charged but won't receive breakfast or gift. Should you wish for your infant (under 12 months) to have breakfast, see Santa and receive a gift then you should purchase a child's ticket for them.

Please ensure you book a high chair if needed.

Ticket sales will end at 12.00noon the day before the event.

Please note that seating is on long rectangular tables seating several people , meaning that another group may be sat on the same long table

What better way to end a magical morning than with a festive sweet treat and an enchanting ride on the woodland railway!

After breakfast at about 11am, you will be treated to a take away kids luxury hot chocolate to keep you warm on your train journey, our luxury hot chocolate will be topped with whipped cream, sprinkles, and marshmallows. Along with your drink, kids will be given a large pinwheel lolly before taking a short 1–2-minute walk from the café to the platform. There, you’ll be welcomed by the friendly members of The Moss Bank Park Model Engineering Society , who will take you on a delightful lap around Moss Bank Park’s beloved miniature railway, winding through the woodland.

Please note: Any adults wishing to ride should buy themselves a ticket. The train may not operate in adverse weather conditions, such as heavy rain or snow. If this happens, you will still receive your sweet treat and be given a ticket to redeem the train ride on any future day the railway is running. The model railway typically operates on most Sundays during good weather between April and October.
