The Trust is looking for a Supporter Services Assistant to join our busy Marketing Team

As the Supporter Services Assistant, you’ll play a key role in managing the administration of our fundraising, donor, and membership activities. You will be the first point of contact for supporters, ensuring every interaction is positive and their queries are handled efficiently. Your work will help keep our systems and processes running smoothly, and you’ll be crucial in fostering strong, long-term relationships with our donors.

About Us:

We’re a long standing North-West charity dedicated to protecting wildlife for the future. Founded in 1962, we form part of The Wildlife Trusts federation, along with 45 other Trusts operating up and down the country for the same purpose. Our staff are made up of a vast array of skills, from conservation to policy, to well-being and finance. You will sit within the Fundraising & Marketing directorate, a team working hard to make sure we’re raising as much money as we can to ensure wildlife has a future.

The position is part time, working 28 hours per week. Occasional work outside of regular office hours such as evenings and weekends will be occasionally required.

We offer 28 days holidays (pro rata) plus bank holidays per annum, increasing with length of service. A friendly and flexible working environment with the chance to be a part of the largest nature conservation body in the area, working together to improve our region for nature as well as engaging and inspiring people to connect and take action for wildlife.
