Fundraising Officer
The Fundraising Officer will be an integral part of our team, with a focus on the "on the ground" fundraising efforts, helping prospective donors understand how they can support us financially and building relationships within communities. They will assist with the creation of strong user journeys, which compel our members to continue to support our charity and deepen their connections with us.
This rewarding post will make a vital contribution to the membership and fundraising development plans of the Lancashire Wildlife Trust and help to secure funds for the protection of local habitats and wildlife. This is an excellent opportunity to bring your experience to a position where you can contribute directly to cause that you are passionate about.
The successful candidate will be highly organised, enthusiastic and motivated with excellent communication skills.
The position is full time, working 35 hours per week. Occasional work outside of regular office hours such as evenings and weekends will be occasionally required, though this should be infrequent.
We offer 28 days holidays plus bank holidays per annum, increasing with length of service. A friendly and flexible working environment with the chance to be a part of the largest nature conservation body in the area, working together to improve our region for nature as well as engaging and inspiring people to connect and take action for wildlife.
