About the event

Join the team from Lunt Meadows and Nextdoor Nature to make your very own willow lanterns in time for the Winter Solstice.

The lantern workshops will be across two dates:

  • Workshop 1: Thursday 28th November
  • Workshop 2: Thursday 5th December

This is to ensure that the lanterns have plenty of time to dry before decorating! Each workshop will be roughly 3 hours (however you can leave earlier if needed).

1 ticket will give you:

  • Entry to both workshops
  • Materials needed to make 1 x lantern
  • Entry to the Winter Solstice Celebration at Lunt Meadows, including food & refreshments (optional)

Booking is essential and spaces are limited for the lantern making, so make sure to get your ticket to avoid disappointment.

So that as many people as possible can have a chance to make a lantern and learn a new skill, we kindly request that those attending together (i.e. in family/friend groups) to only book 1 or 2 tickets and work on their lanterns together.
