About the event

The colour yellow is found everywhere in nature. No matter where you live or what kind of natural habitats you see around you, there are bound to be at least a few yellow things wherever you look.

From sunflowers to bananas, bees to sand on the beach, this event explore how we get yellow from vegetables and flowers, we will do lots of painting and learn lots about the yellow flowers around the reserve.

Either book your family on a morning or afternoon session and join Maggie from By Maggie Naturally to take part in a dye workshop and lots more exciting activities.

All materials are provided and all you will have to do is bring along is lunch if you plan making a day of it.

Please book early per family as places are limited. Please note: This session takes place in an outdoor location on the reserve and around the reserve so we advise bringing suitable outdoor clothing and footwear for the weather conditions. Supervision of children is required at all times. Toilet facilities are available.
