Our commitment to safeguarding
Lancashire Wildlife Trust provides opportunities for children, young people and adults to engage and participate in environmental education and project work undertaken on Trust land and within premises owned or leased by the Trust, as well as partner organisations.
The Trust is committed to safeguarding the welfare of those we provide such opportunities to and recognises its responsibility to take all reasonable steps to promote safe practice. The Trust acknowledges its duty to act appropriately to any safeguarding concerns regarding the health and wellbeing of a child, young person or adult at risk.
