Any DayOur Visitor Engagement Volunteer Team are based in the Welcome Centre on our floating Visitor Village and have an essential role to play in providing a warm welcome to all our visitors.
This role involves helping our visitors to plan their day and get the most out of their visit.
You’ll need to share your enthusiasm for the reserve, our wildlife and our conservation work with our visitors and promote the work of Lancashire Wildlife Trust and all that Brockholes has to offer.
We are currently looking for volunteers who can cover gaps on our 7 day a week rota on an ad-hoc/flexible basis, for example when others are on holiday, sick or have other commitments. We use an online rota for you to book in your sessions.
Morning volunteering sessions are 9.30am- 1.30pm and afternoon sessions 1.30pm - 4.30pm (winter) or 5.30pm (summer).
