Booking your perfect day

We're ready to help you create your perfect day at Brockholes - from your choice of rooms to the delicious menu options. Here's everything you need to book your wedding at Brockholes.

The first step is to request our wedding information pack and our friendly team will send everything you need.

The next stage is to book an appointment so we can show you the Visitor Village and discuss your room and menu options in full. Details of how to book an appointment are included in the information pack.

Can I reserve my date?

Once you have viewed our Visitor Village and chosen a day, we can hold this date without any obligation for up to 2 weeks. Once you have selected a date for your big day, our wedding coordinator will send you an agreement for you to sign and return which details your agreed numbers, package cost and the terms and conditions. Your booking will be confirmed once you have signed and paid the 20% deposit. You can then start making your exciting plans.

Insurance

It is our policy to ensure that all of our weddings attain their own insurance to cover their special day in the event it cannot take place, we will need to see proof of this on your 20% confirmation payment.

Room Capacity

These are the average numbers we do in these rooms and are very dependent on how you want your wedding laid out – depending how you have it set up we could hold more or less than these numbers – speak to us on enquiry as to your max numbers.

Minimum Numbers

A minimum number of 40 applies to our packages except for the afternoon tea package available in the restaurant.

Event setup times

Setup from 7am of the day of your event, your guests can arrive 9am and you will have the space until 5pm. Evening event setup from 5pm on the day of your event, for your guests 6:00pm – Midnight. We can’t promise, but if the room you choose is not being used the day before your event then you are welcome to come in and setup the day prior.

Catering

As stated in our menus all of our menus are a chef’s choice and may differ slightly on the day, if you definitely want one or two specific items on your menu please let us know when booking. We will only cater for 100% of your guests (With the exclusion of midnight snacks, for this we advise to cater for 50%). Although our menus are very inclusive please make us aware of anyone with allergies as soon as possible.
